Loyalty programs are nothing new in online gaming, but 89 bet has built their VIP system in a way that genuinely stands out. Tier progression isn't based purely on how much you spend — your consistency and regular activity count too. That means players with smaller budgets can still work their way up over time.
Rahela Begum from Bogura has been playing on 89 bet for three months. She started at the Bronze level and, after regularly taking part in daily lotteries and slots, has now reached Gold. In her own words: "The free lottery tickets I get every month are really useful. I once won BDT 20,000 from one of those tickets."
Every bet you place on 89 bet earns you points. The standard rate is 10 points per ৳100 wagered, with double points available during special events. Live Casino games earn slightly more points since you're playing with real dealers, and slots also offer solid point rewards.
Bonus points can also be earned through specific actions — 2 points for logging in daily, 500 bonus points on your first deposit, and 200 points for referring a friend. These smaller point rewards add up quickly and can help you level up faster.
A common question is whether reaching Gold means you stay Gold forever. Under 89 bet's rules, tiers are reviewed every three months based on points earned in the previous three months. So as long as you stay active, a tier drop is unlikely. Platinum and Diamond members enjoy extra protection – it takes considerably longer for their tier to be downgraded.
Cashback from the previous week is credited to your account every Monday morning. For example, if you're a Gold member and lost ৳10,000 last week, you'll receive ৳1,200 at 12% cashback on Monday morning. The amount is yours to play with right away — no wagering requirements attached. That's one thing players genuinely appreciate about 89 bet's cashback.
Platinum and Diamond members are each assigned a dedicated personal account manager who handles everything directly — whether a withdrawal is delayed, you have questions about a bonus, or you want to know more about a new game. No waiting in line like regular members. You can reach them via WhatsApp or direct phone call.
Karim, a Platinum member from Mirpur, Dhaka, shares: "A large withdrawal got held up once. I called my manager and everything was resolved within a couple of hours. That kind of support is priceless." Experiences like his are exactly what sets 89 bet apart from the rest.
